Ontem, rolou em Las Vegas a entrega dos prêmios da edição de 2012 do Billboard Music Awards, prêmio da indústria musical americana organizado pela revista Billboard, que leva em consideração as vendas de cada artista no ano nos EUA.
A grande vencedora da noite acabou sendo Adele, com 12 prêmios vencidos. A cantora britânica levou para casa alguns dos prêmios mais importantes da noite, como Top Artist, e se tornou a segunda maior vencedora numa única noite do Billboard Music Awards. Na frente dela, está apenas Michael Jackson, que ganhou 15 prêmios em 1990.
